I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois. I completed my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lewis University in 2019, where I also received my Bachelor’s in Psychology and Criminal/Social Justice in 2015.

I am passionate about working with adolescents and adults to help them better understand themselves, live authentically, and confidently navigate their lives. I’ve worked extensively with issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, peer relationships, adjustment issues, the LGBTQIA+ community, multicultural issues, ADHD, and trauma.

My therapeutic style is laid-back, compassionate, curious, and enthusiastic. The therapeutic approaches I pull from include Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also incorporate psychoeducation and mindfulness to help increase self-awareness and self-compassion and support you in remaining fully engaged in your life. I tailor my approach to each unique individual: exploring your interests, values, and goals so we can blend them into our work together. My aim is to collaborate with you, so you feel accepted, supported, and empowered to be your authentic self.
